Seafood Paella Cooking Class: Hoxton

*Traditionally, paella is served family-style from a huge pan in the centre of the table, not with individual bowls or plates. Guests are meant to start at the perimetre of the paella and slowly (or quickly!) eat their way through to the centre*

Over three hours, you’ll master a variety of kitchen techniques for cooking paella, such as meal prep, knife skills, cooking seafood and perfecting rice. You’ll also learn how to make a popular Spanish tapas dish - tuna stuffed eggs.
